FURNITURE
Once you have bought your property, if you would like to buy furniture we can take you to reputable furniture stores where you can browse and select the furniture that you require.
In Turkey it is possible to purchase all of you furniture,
including white goods and electrical items, from the one store.
When
you have decided on your furniture and settled on a prices you will
probably be asked to pay a small deposit. You can then arrange a date for
delivery which could be anything from the same or next day or later in the
year depending on your specific requirements.
It is a very cheap and
stress-free process to furnish your property in Turkey and we would
recommend you chose this option rather than transporting your own
furniture from England.
INSURANCE
We can help you to arrange insurance of your property to cover everything from building insurance to earthquake, contents and theft. It is entirely up to you what type of insurance cover you require for your property but we can help you to arrange it and find the best policy.
RESIDENCY VISA
If you decide to reside in Turkey for long periods of time, or even permanently, then we can help you to obtain a residency visa. If you decide to stay in Turkey for longer than the 3 months obtained at your port of entry then you will need to obtain either a 1 year or 5 year residents visa.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We offer a personal transfer service to and from the airport. We advise that you travel to Altinkum from either Bodrum or Izmir airport as transfer time from Dalaman can be very lengthy.
